Korean Glossary

As taekwondo is a Korean martial art, the names of all the techniques
you will learn and the commands you will hear will be in Korean.

For a new student this can be very daunting, and a bit confusing. In
time you will become familiar with the language. Hopefully you will
learn to recognise the words and phrases listed below.

Our sincere apologies to any korean speaking people reading this
glossary, for any spelling mistakes it may contain. The words are
written the way they are pronounced to aid understanding.
